Hotel Reservation Policy

Prices are per room per night & include Full English breakfast & all taxes.
No advance payment for reservations is required; however we do need a valid credit card number from the person who makes the reservation. This information is held in a secure database & only used if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.
Guests must cancel 24 hours before the date of arrival, & no charge will be taken. If the cancellation is after this time, the first night is charged. The first night fee is taken for every room within a reservation.
Check in time is any time after 14:00pm. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel. Check out time on the date of departure is 11:00am. If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer will be subject to another night. Equally we offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11:00am until the end of the day on the date of departure.
Your booking is governed by English law & is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation & these terms represent the entire agreement between the Nonsuch Park Hotel & you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with The Nonsuch Park Hotel on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
The Nonsuch Park Hotel does not accept liability for any omissions or errors & reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site. The Nonsuch Park Hotel does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Nonsuch Park Hotel or its web site or for any products or services purchased from the Nonsuch Park Hotel web site.
All Rates & Information on the Nonsuch Park Web site are subject to change without prior notice & do not apply over Christmas, New Year & Epsom Derby.
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to the Nonsuch Park Hotel in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay &, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Nonsuch Park Hotel in writing.
Passport, visa & health requirements for you & your party are your responsibility.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you & may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
All reservations are subject to availability.
The Nonsuch Park may make available on the Site information regarding specific services, offers or promotions which it is conducting. Any such service, offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions & restrictions listed in connection with it. Any offer or promotion is void where prohibited by law. All special services, offers & promotions are offered subject to availability.

Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details & if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.
At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.
The Nonsuch Park Hotel does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.
The Nonsuch Park Hotel will not seek or hold information about you which is excessive for its purposes & will endeavour to keep any information about you up to date & accurate.
The Nonsuch Park Hotel will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary & endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use.
In using The Nonsuch Park Hotel web site, you consent to the collection & use of this information in the ways described above.

The Nonsuch Park Hotel will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from your use or inability to use the Site and/or any part of its content.
We will only be liable for any loss or damage which you suffer from your use of the Site which is the direct consequence of our breach of these Terms or from our wilful negligence, & where such loss or damage was foreseeable. General

All these Terms shall be governed by, & construed in accordance with, English law. We both agree, for the benefit of The Nonsuch Park Hotel, that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with or under any agreement between you & The Nonsuch Park Hotel; provided however, that this clause determines jurisdiction for the benefit of The Nonsuch Park Hotel only, & The Nonsuch Park Hotel reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of any other country where jurisdiction may be established.
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force & effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these terms are for convenience only & have no legal meaning or effect.
These Terms cannot be varied except in writing by an Owner of The Nonsuch Park Hotel.
No employee or agent of The Nonsuch Park Hotel has the authority orally to vary any of these Terms, & a purported variation by any such employee or agent shall be null & void.
